Iran's Foreign Minister Manouchehr Mottaki says the United States lacks the qualification to comment on Tehran's nuclear activities.

Mottaki made the remark in a meeting with the Head of the Christian Social Union's parliamentary faction in the Bundestag (Lower House of German Parliament), Peter Ramsauer, on Sunday.
The United States was the first country to develop nuclear weapons and the only country to have used them in war against another nation during the World War II. This horrible record notwithstanding, it accuses Iran of seeking to develop nuclear weapons.
Iran: "The pioneers in the development and use of nuclear bombs, who continue to conduct nuclear bomb tests of all kinds, are not qualified to comment on Iran's nuclear activities"
