Researchers at the University of Pennsylvania say they've discovered a way to circumvent the networking technology used by law enforcement to tap phone lines in the U.S.

Now, if I may apply the NRA's logic here, this means that the only people who are gonna be wiretapped are the ones who aren't up to anything. People who actually are plotting against the government will take precautions to ensure they're not overheard.
